The Business Model of this Shopping Center was born at the request of our client who saw a business opportunity in the formalization of the informal economy, hundreds of informal merchants will be able to get off the streets and take their entrepreneurship to the next level with a formal establishment, sheltered in an adequate physical structure, in climatic and safety conditions that a Shopping Center provides.
The tenants of the Shopping Center also have a structure of professionals who advise them on common issues in the experience of the exercise of formal commerce, such as accounting, tax issues, management of fixed costs, rates of return, labor issues, as well as the processing of financing to economically strengthen the transition process.
Located in Barcelona, Edo. Anzoátegui this shopping center collects the pilot experience we had and that has been successfully inaugurated in Porlamar, Nueva Esparta
